grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Oh, thank you so much, Alicia, and I'm very happy to be here with you and your audience. Thank you so much.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: think, I think we're gonna have a great chat and I'm really excited to, to dive into this and have people hear like what you're up to because it does sound like we're really aligned. And so lemme dive [00:01:00] into what, you know, you work with these high achievers and they get into this place of burnout. Uh, what's a challenge that you see for them in, in that?
Is it, is it they are neglecting that soulful peace? Or is there something, you know. is it that you see that creates that regular challenge for them in getting to that burnout place?
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Absolutely. So what I see again and again with the leaders, like, uh, you know, entrepreneurs, business owners, or you know, corporate leaders who look successful on paper and from outside, but feel drained inside. Because they're achieving but not. Thriving anymore. Yeah. So I call this achievement fatigue.
It's the cost of leading from pressure instead of a presence. In this, uh, world of the changing so fast. Yeah. Leaders can't afford to just push harder. They need to shift [00:02:00] their way of being because otherwise they can't keep up. Right. So a achievement fatigue is a success on paper, but exhaustion in reality.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: I, yeah, I, I really, I really resonate with that. I, I feel like
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Mm-hmm.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: I've seen and experienced. Is there a, um, when you talk about the shift, what's a, what's a shift that you help them do? Is there one or two specific things that you find are regularly helpful, or is it more personalized or, or both.
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Of course. So the, most of the leadership models focus on strategy, scale and system and numbers. Productivity. Yeah. But knowledge isn't the problem because they are intelligent, uh, they are, uh, driven. They go to the seminars, listen to podcast, right? So it, it's not the s knowledge. It's integration is the problem.
Yeah. So [00:03:00] leaders don't need more information. They need tools that help them embody clarity, energy, and alignment in daily life. So that's where weird destruction, uh, you know, happens. Yeah. So knowledge doesn't change your life integration does.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: That's really well put. I love that. uh, super agree. That is such a good way to say that. Is there something that you wish more people knew about leadership or integration or this achievement fatigue and its impact?
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Sure. So, um, that's why the reason why I created that, the Soul Fluence method. The soul fluence, is in two word, in one, uh, soul and influence influencing by soul. Yeah. Uh, so, because I, as I, you know, you mentioned, I've done, uh. Over 5,000 hours of coaching and a thousand thousands hours [00:04:00] of training for myself, for my personal development.
And I realized, um, most of the experts and my, uh, mentors, they focus on in one thing or two things. Yeah. But I really believe, uh, we need to integrate that three things, all three dimensions together, which are body, mind, and consciousness. So I call vessel for your body, which is your energy and resilience, and in your mind is your compass, which is your clarity and emotional, in intelligence and decision making, and in your, um, light is consciousness.
Yeah. So that's your presence and intuition. So where, when the these three are aligned, leadership becomes f. Effortless. So you don't just create a profit, you create a purpose-driven impact because, um, that's what the future of a business needs. Yeah. Um, because when you are burnout out or ti you know, [00:05:00] tired or stressed, because those, those three are disaligned.
Yeah. So true leadership doesn't come from effort. It comes from alignment.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: Hmm. That makes a lot of sense. So you
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Thank you.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: soul and spirituality and business. Do you, do you find people respond positively to that? Or do you feel like there's a, there was a resistance. What's your experience with that and if there is any kind of resistance or you know, what is, what are the ways that you support
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Yeah. Yeah. So I always say the soul, it doesn't resonate you. It can be your consciousness, it can be your highest to yourself. When I say soul, it is not religious connotation or spiritual. Um, because uh, that's what we have. Yeah. Uh, we are. Energy being. So we are all created by that energy. So something sustaining us.
Yeah. As a energy. So when I say a soul, it's almost an energy in your body. It's yourself. Right. With without that energy, we'd be [00:06:00] gone. Yeah. Um, so that's, um, uh, what I'm saying about the soul sous, it is a really authentic leadership and, uh, leading from your heart, from yourself.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: Mm-hmm. makes sense. So, uh, it. Do you have like a story that you can share of someone who was maybe in that burnt out or stuck place and, and how they were impacted, I'm assuming positively by your methodology. Or couple of tips that you used to kind of help people when they're in that spot.
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Yes, absolutely. There's so many cases. I have a, you know, graded testimonials, all that. Uh, but be just before that, kinda go through that, like, um, uh, you know, different dimensions. I wanna, uh, just to touch that 3, 4, 5 D dimensions. Then after that I can give them, um, you know, some. Uh, tips, little tips they can use daily, uh, practices because it didn't make much sense.
Yeah.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: [00:07:00] sense.
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: so as I mentioned that, um, uh, I described the leadership in three dimensions. Yeah. So nowadays we talk a lot about a quantum, uh, energy, quantum frequency quantum field or that, um, so. There are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, you know, many deep DI dimensions. But I think most of the leaders live in three dimensions nowadays.
So 3D is a survival mode. Right. So that's a reactive stress and transactional. Yeah. How it is material. Yeah. But four D is awakening. So are you aware, because awareness of, you know, the halfway of awakening. Yeah. So you, you are aware, reflecting, learning, emotional intelligence, coaching and then you know, a lots of things, but you still stay in your head.
Yeah. So five D is a visionary. So finally that's a final destination. So you are calm, clear, aligned with a purpose, and your presence creates a [00:08:00] result, not effort. So most leaders today are stuck in 3D or five, uh, four D, um, because, um. Uh, because they, they, they're in between that, uh, you know, strategy, um, and, uh, force and reactive and stress.
But some of them or my clients, like, you know, they are very intelligent, so they start to know that self-awareness. Yeah. But the future business. As unusual
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: Mm-hmm.
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: is moving into five D. So where profit serves people and planet, not only you know the way around. Yeah. So more, most leaders don't need more strategy.
They need a shift in dimension 3D to five D. So five D leadership is when your vision creates result, not your stress.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: Hmm.
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: So shall I continue with, uh, just a little tip that's very simple there. Yeah,
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: Yeah, that'd be wonderful.
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: yeah, yeah, [00:09:00] yeah. So, um, of course, you know, we are all different steps or stage of, you know, personal development, but for people who never done any meditation, any like, anything like that, I also suggest just.
10 minutes in the morning is a really, really amazing way to start. So just to try two minutes, for your body. It's a coherent breathing, what they call. So just breathe in for five and breathe out for five, continuously for two minutes. That's enough to start, make balance between your synthetic and parasynthetic nervous system.
And if you feel good, just push to three minutes to five minutes. I know someone, uh, in France, he's a 25 young man, uh, who did this. He committed to do this for 15 minutes every day. He completely changes his life in six months, seriously. So it works. It's too simple to follow, but two minutes of the coherent breathing, uh, one to 3, 4, 5, and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 out that is set you up.[00:10:00]
And after that, from that space, you can prioritize your morning, how can I say? Morning routine. It means, uh, you can set up two or three important things you wanna achieve in a day, but don't write down how you're gonna do it, what you gonna do it. So just your outcome, how you wanna see it. Yeah. And then you close your eyes.
It just a visualize how you wanna see that task or that goals be ending. Yeah. And feel, how would you feel. At the end, we did that great outcome because it's all about energy. So it's important you feel that emotion when you achieved it. Yeah. So that's enough. So just write down what are the important things I need to achieve, how I wanna end, how I wanna make as outcome, and just visualize and feel about the that outcome.
Yeah. And the last one is just- so from this space, close your eyes and, you know, put your hand, uh, one hand or two hand on your heart and just start to say simply, I am grateful. [00:11:00] Yeah. So because gratitude is the highest energy. And it bring you all alignment. Yeah. There's a science behind it. Uh, so you are grateful.
And, and by the way, if you are not grateful for, for two minutes in your life. What is for you, your for, for your life, for right. So just two minutes. I'm grateful for small things, big things like I'm grateful for my health. I'm grateful for my job. I'm grateful for my business. I'm grateful for my, family and sometimes small thing, like I'm grateful for the dessert I had last night. I do that sometimes. Uh, so that will really put you in that coherence state. So that's a three minute, three minute, three minutes, 10 minutes in the morning. That's it, you know? So these are small shift, create really impact for your day.
And that's power of leading from energy, not effort. So leadership isn't about managing time. It's about managing [00:12:00] energy
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: Yeah. I, I absolutely agree with that. I love your perspective though. It's really refreshing and I think, super practical. So I, I hope that people are taking notes, guys take notes. Uh
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: well, thank you.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: What does success look like for you?
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: So sis is when you are in peace and when you're clear about what you wanna achieve in your life.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: Hmm. So for you, you know, there's lots of folks that have coached leaders who were stuck, what? What led you to this? There's something about you and your experiences that led you to create this system. What, what was that? What?
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Yeah, because I, you know, because I lived in it, you can't explain the things you've done. No. Yeah. So, because I can talk about this because I know so much. So I had a career, [00:13:00] I was a professional pianist, uh, and I was in a corporate strategy, um, you know, a corporate world for over, uh, decades as well. And I am here as a, a coach.
Yeah. Um, so. But I think inside I was a burning out. Yeah. So, um, the awakening moment was 2013. I had a, uh, what we call the heart, uh, awakening experience. That's a neuroscience said. It's just from your heart and your brain coherence happens strongly. So from that moment or something shifted within me, uh, so that's, um.
Where it's became almost like an obsession for me, you know, how I can support, how I can be even better myself and for others. Yeah. So I've been, uh, working really thousands, hours, hours of training in myself. So, um, I did name it, um, you know, uh, landmark, um, uh, Dr. Dr dispenser, Abra Hicks, Tony Robbins [00:14:00] here for eight years.
Also, I did all this personal development, but at, at the same time I did it. You know, you get Hai chi, chi go, everything for your body energy and a spiritual, um, path, which is like TM meditation, transcendental meditation, vipasana, 10 day silence meditation. Um, and I even did some, uh, part of a oneness university in India, spiritual.
So, so I did the work, all these things. But guess what? 20 years ago, for me, yoga was after retirement,
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: Hmm.
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: and meditation was something like, uh, you do after death. I don't have two minutes. Why would you close your eyes and do nothing? Do something. You know, that was me. Right. So it was a huge shift. For me, uh, discovering this, all, this energy world, you know, and how you can, um, become more efficient, being yourself, not pushing and, uh, you know, working hard, uh, and then doing more and then having more.
Yeah. So it was kind of, [00:15:00] you know, for me, uh, awakening. Uh, you know, in a sense physically and mentally and spiritually. So now I really, uh, try to bring everything together. Uh, again, integration of that three things, body, mind, soul, because that's the fastest way you can really be yourself and having. Living your life on your, on your life.
You know, not following the social conditioning what you're supposed to be, or you, or you know, you meant to, you know, um, you have to do, uh, you just live what you meant to be. And then, uh, really living the way with your own v your own voice, you know? Yeah.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: that makes sense. What advice would you give your 18-year-old self?
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Uh, to me, um, I think I would say, by the way, my daughter is 22, so she's going
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: There you go.
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: a little bit the same journey. [00:16:00] I, uh, so just, I, I assigned her up, you know, the, the, for the programs, and she went to Dr. Joe Dispenser's retreat. I, I really would say. Ask help, ask help to the mentors, coaches, you know, the people who've done already.
The things you don't need to suffer yourself, you know, uh, doing by making yourself, because that's old conditioning, saying you need to work hard to success. That's not true.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: Yeah.
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: know there are lots of people already done went through the, the, the, the path you've done and know that the, the, the way how you can make it faster and easier.
So I would to say really ask help or, you know, support or, you know, even read the books again. But reading books is like kind of a more knowledge. Yeah. Not doing it. So just to make a little actions and take on board the, that, um. You know, advice or, um, you know, uh, the, how can I say, the support.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: This is great advice. At any age, uh, are there, what are your [00:17:00] upcoming programs or what are things that you're excited about in your business?
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Yes. I've been like a, for a long time over decades, personal coach. I say I still love individual transformation. So I support our leaders, you know, individually. But I really, uh, realize if I wanna say these messages out, I need to stand up and then go to one to many. So I think this is time for me, me to discover how I can go one to many.
So the way, like a masterclass, I do masterclass. I just finished my 10 series of masterclass live. I'm gonna put it as a evergreen, um, uh, you know, recording. And uh, I also do my retreat in November because I really believe the leaders need to take time out
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: Yeah.
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: really disconnect from their environment and everyday life so they can reset and really, uh, you know, think about themselves and recreate who they are because of from the stress and the fatigue [00:18:00] and tired, you don't have energy to create, especially business owners, entrepreneurs. They need to be creative. That's your job. It's not doing more right? So I take them out one week, really, uh, the small group of people, uh, in Lobo.
It's near Bali, so I do that. For, uh, we whole work on your seven energy centers, um, and owning your voice. So that's just my retreat. And I also, um, you know, um, um, next year my goal is really going out to keynote speaking. So, uh, really public speaking to the companies or, um, the, the people who need the message.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: Wow. That sounds fantastic.
grace_1_10-01-2025_080925: Thank you.
bau--she-they-_1_09-30-2025_180924: so folks that are listening, how do they learn more? Follow you, get in touch. Join one of your retreats.
